Case Study: Avalon Funeral Plans

Getting people to deal with their own mortality is a real creative challenge, but through a combination of research, insight and planning, we have managed to achieve it, and deliver a DOUBLE DIGIT GROWTH in funeral plan sales as a consequence.

Our thorough research identified precisely the content that was required by each of Avalon’s typologies for every stage of the sales journey.

Our Persona Workshops identified four core typologies, each of which were relatively easy to reach through social media.

This channel also provided us with quite a few opportunities to introduce humour into the creative executions – and the ads worked too!
