Selling funeral plans is not easy. Humans are conditioned to fight against their own mortality. But we had done our research and recognised that the only way to truly engage with people on such a delicate subject was to be provocative. We even coined our own term “avoiding the warm bath syndrome” meaning that if our advertising didn’t make the viewer feel uncomfortable, they were unlikely to respond to it…
